Practice form

This is not TTD's website. It is a simple copy of the pilgrim step of a booking form, for trying the extension before booking day. Nothing typed here is sent anywhere, and the Continue button below does nothing.

1. Open the extension, go to Settings and tick Also fill on sites other than TTD (it is off by default).
2. Come back to this page and click Fill this page in the extension, or press Alt+A.
3. Check the boxes, then untick that setting again if you like.
