TTD Govinda Autofill (Free) is a free Chrome extension, offered as a seva, that saves pilgrim details on your own computer and fills them into Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) booking forms when you ask it to. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by TTD.

What the extension stores

Only what you type into it:

• Pilgrim details: name, gender, date of birth or age, ID proof type and number (such as Aadhaar or passport), and passport, visa or OCI details.
• Optional Srivari Seva details: mobile, email, address, blood group, gothram, education, job, languages, reference contacts, and a photo or document you choose to attach.
• Contact details for the booking (such as email, mobile, city, state, country and pincode), your language and reminder settings, and your quota release schedule.

Where it is stored

Everything is kept in Chrome's local extension storage on your computer. Nothing is sent to the developer or to any server. The extension has no backend, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking, and it does not load code from the internet.

The first time you open the extension, it explains this and asks you to agree before anything can be saved or filled.

While Chrome is open, a pilgrim form you have not saved yet is kept in Chrome's in-memory session storage, so it survives the popup closing; it is cleared when you save it or when Chrome closes.

If you set a master password, your saved pilgrim and contact details are encrypted with AES-256-GCM using a key derived from that password (PBKDF2, 310,000 iterations). The unlocked key is kept only in memory and is cleared when Chrome closes. The password itself is never stored. It is the extension's own optional lock, not your TTD login: the extension never reads or stores TTD login details or OTPs. Your language, reminder and release settings are not encrypted.

When your data is used

Only when you click Fill this page or press the keyboard shortcut. The extension then writes your saved details into the booking form on the page you are viewing, and shows a small card on that page saying what was filled. To find the right boxes it reads the form's field labels on that page; it does not save or send any page content. If you turn on the optional Fill pilgrims button, Chrome lets the extension show that button on TTD's booking pages; the button itself reads nothing, and pressing it fills the page exactly like the toolbar button. By default it does this only on TTD's booking sites (ttdevasthanams.ap.gov.in and tirupatibalaji.ap.gov.in); you can allow other sites in Settings. It never presses Continue, Submit or Pay, never solves a CAPTCHA, and never acts on a page without your action. Whatever you submit to TTD is covered by TTD's own policies.

Photos or documents you attach for Srivari Seva are sent into the page only when the booking type is Srivari Seva or Group Seva, and only to fill that page's upload box.

Sharing

Your data is not sold, shared, or transferred to anyone. It is not used for advertising, credit checks, or any purpose other than filling the forms you choose.

The use of information handled by TTD Govinda Autofill (Free) adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Backups

If you use Export, Chrome saves a backup file on your computer, normally in your Downloads folder (or wherever Chrome asks you to save it, if you have turned that on). If a master password is set, the backup stays encrypted. Without one, the file is not encrypted and anyone who has it can read the ID numbers in it; the extension warns you about this before exporting. Keep the file somewhere private.

Deleting your data

Delete individual pilgrims in the extension, use Reset everything on the lock screen, or remove the extension from Chrome, which deletes all of its stored data.

Permissions

• storage, unlimitedStorage: to keep your details, including an optional photo or document, on your computer.
• activeTab, scripting: to fill the booking form in the tab you are on, only when you ask, and to show the result card on that page.
• Optional access to TTD's sites (ttdevasthanams.ap.gov.in, tirupatibalaji.ap.gov.in): asked only if you turn on the on-page Fill pilgrims button, and used only to show that button. You can turn it off in Settings.
• alarms, notifications: to remind you before quota releases. A few common releases are switched on at install with reminders 1 day and 15 minutes before; you can change or switch them off in the Releases tab.

Children

The extension is meant to be used by adults booking for themselves and their family, including children travelling with them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address with a new date.
